We Rise by Lifting Others

Two years ago I was swiping through Facebook and came across a video about lifting others.  It was a simple video about kids lifting other kids up. I was moved by the video and the random acts of kindness kids were performing. I knew at that time it was time for a face lift for our program.  I’m not talking about a minor change, I’m talking about ripping the walls down and starting over. We were going to live, breathe, and die this motto.  In this article I will share my transformation from a "my way or the highway" coach to someone who strongly believes "We Rise by Lifting Others".
